My Story

Hi, I’m Katie - the heart behind VitAmore Coaching.

Helping people sort through the noise, get clear, and figure out what to do next has always come naturally to me. Long before I called it coaching, I was the person people came to when they felt overwhelmed, stuck, or simply knew something needed to change.

My path hasn’t been easy.

I came from very little. I raised my son by myself, while working two jobs, and finishing my degree. I know what it feels like to carry a lot, to carry it alone, to keep showing up, and still wonder how you’re supposed to build something better when you barely have time to figure out what “better” even looks like.

I also know what it feels like to want more, and have no damn idea where to start.

That experience shapes the way I coach. I’m not interested in handing you a perfect plan for a perfect life. Your life is yours. My job is to help you get honest about what you want, identify what’s getting in the way, and turn that clarity into realistic action you can actually follow through on.

Professionally, I’ve spent years in Training & Development helping people grow in their careers, build new skills and habits, navigate change, and become more confident in what they’re capable of. Over time, I realized the work I was doing professionally and the role I naturally played in people’s lives had a lot in common: helping people take something that feels overwhelming and make it manageable.

VitAmore grew from that.

What coaching with me is actually like

I coach with honesty, empathy, structure, and accountability.

Some sessions are calm and reflective. Some involve tough love. Some may include an F-bomb or two. We can laugh, regroup, change the plan when life happens, and still make sure you’re moving toward the thing you said mattered to you.

I won’t pretend to know your life better than you do, and I’m not here to make your decisions for you. I will ask questions, challenge you when you need it, help you see what you may be missing, and hold you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself.

Because progress doesn’t have to be perfect.

It just has to keep moving.
